But just call me Madi! I'm a photographer based in the Central Valley - more specifically Tracy, CA but if you're a ways away - don't worry, I'm willing to make the trip ;)
A quick backstory to better know your photographer (and built in new friend) - I grew up at the end of a dirt road with my sisters and parents on a small farm. There was an appreciation that I had growing up in a slow moving environment that allowed me to pay attention to the little things and watch life blossom. From hatching chicks in incubators, watering the vegetables in our garden or aiding in lambing season, I prided myself in being given the opportunity to witness God's creation unfold in real-time, which aided in my attention to the details of everyday life.
While I no longer live in the same small town where my husband and I met in our early teen years, we are beginning to plant our own roots in Tracy, CA. I married my best friend in 2022, since then we have bought a home and renovated it, and we just welcomed our baby boy the first of September in 2025 <3 Aside from this extremely short and sweet life update, we enjoy being outside and soaking up the sun. From gardening and tending to the chickens in our backyard to taking our pups (a weimaraner and two long haired mini dachshunds) out camping, we enjoy being active and not feeling cooped up inside.
My approach
My aim as your photographer is to provide timeless photos that depict the authenticity of you and your love in realtime. I personally love the true-to-color with a bit of enhancement, black and white photos that look like they are telling a story, and an occasional creative spin if the photo is "speaking to me". Genuine, raw love is what I strive to capture from our sessions, no matter what authenticity looks like in your life I would love to witness, and capture, a glimpse of it.
